Here at Beth Haven our volunteers are family members and friends, from churches and our community; persons who are interested in the quality of life here at Beth Haven. They help us through a variety of areas with dedication and dependability. Volunteers enhance the quality of life for our residents and enrich their own lives as they volunteer.

We endeavor to recruit volunteers who are willing to serve with attitudes of respect, confidentiality, enthusiasm, creativity, and Christian love and concern. Church, family, community, and student volunteers enhance the lives of our residents while they volunteer.

• Accompanying residents to medical appointments
• Assisting with games
• Bingo
• Devotional Music
• Distribute mail
• Entertainment: sing, play music
• Letter writing
• Library
• Movies with popcorn in evening or weekends
• Pet visits
• Plant care, inside or outside
• Reading to residents
• Sewing, mending
• Transporting in wheelchairs
• Visitation
